A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Iron Mountain Incorporated, Board of Directors of Iron Mountain Incorporated, and Retirement Plan Committee of Iron Mountain Incorporated (together, “Defendants”). The class action lawsuit involves whether or not Defendants violated their fiduciary duties under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”) in managing the Plan.
Defendants deny all claims, and nothing in the Settlement is an admission or concession on Defendants’ part of any fault or liability whatsoever.
You are included as a Class Member if you participated in the Plan at any time from May 8, 2018 to January 21, 2025.
